药物介入肾动态显像诊断肾血管性高血压的进展

肾血管性高血压(RVH)是一种发病率较低的疾病,在高血压中不到1%。由于许多RVH病例可经外科治疗而痊愈,故它的早期诊断显得非常重要。研究表明,近几年来多种药物介入的肾动态显像对于RVH是一种具有较高敏感性和特异性,有效、简便、无创的筛选方法,可为肾动脉狭窄的诊断和介入治疗提供依据,在临床工作中越来越发挥出重要的作用。

Diagnosis Progression of Medication Intervening Renal Scintigraphy to Renovascular Hypertension

Renovascular hypertension(RVH)is a disease with low prevalence which is below 1% in hypertension.Because renovascular hypertension can be treated and even in many cases cured by traditional surgical approach,it is very important for renovascular hypertension to be diagnosed early.The results of research prove:in the past years,madication administrating renal scintigraphy with high sensitivity and specificity,noninvasion,simplicity has been used routinely as screening test which diagnosed RVH before renal arterial angiography,which can provide evidence for renal arterial intervension,in the future it is bound to play a more important role in clinical work.
