| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨MSCT对主动脉夹层疾病的诊断价值。方法：回顾性分析48例主动脉夹层患者的MSCT血管成像资料。结果：全部病例均能辨别真假腔;除6例假腔完全血栓化或表现为壁内血肿的病例外,其余42例均能显示破口,40例显示多发破口;主动脉弓三大分支均受累及的有6例,腹腔干受累及的有9例,肠系膜上动脉受累及的有10例,右肾动脉受累及的有8例,左肾动脉受累及的有15例,右侧髂总动脉受累及的有18例,左侧髂总动脉受累及的有13例,双侧均受累及的有8例;合并动脉瘤或瘤样扩张的有10例,合并粥样硬化的有20例。结论：MSCT可无创性准确诊断各种主动脉夹层。
