摘    要:目的探讨电切镜下双频双脉冲U-100掺钕钇石榴石(Nd:YAG)激光碎石治疗下尿路结石的疗效。方法应用双频双脉冲U-100掺钕钇石榴石(Nd:YAG)激光经电切镜治疗下尿路结石37例,其中膀胱结石32例,后尿道结石5例。结果碎石成功率86.5%(32/37)。平均手术时间34min。结论电切镜下双频双脉冲U-100掺钕钇石榴石(Nd:YAG)激光碎石术治疗下尿路结石,是一种高效、安全、操作简便及组织损伤甚微的手术方法。

Abstract:Objective] To investigate the effect of the double-frequency double-pulse U-100 neodymium of YAG(Nd:YAG)laser lithotripsy through resectoscopy on treatment of low urinary calculi.Methods] 37 cases of low urinary calculi treated by the double-frequency double-pulse U-100 neodymium of YAG laser lithotripsy through resectoscopy were analyzed retrospectively,included 32 cases with bladder-stone and 5 cases with posterior urethral calculus.Result] The successful rate of lithotripsy was 86.5%(32/37).The mean time of lithotripsy operation was 34 minutes.Conclusions] The double-frequency double-pulse U-100 neodymium of YAG laser lithotripsy through resectoscopy is a high-efficient,safe and simple-operation technique with less damage to tissue in the treatment of low urinary calculi.
