中药蜡烛烟熏消毒剂空气消毒效果观察

为观察以苍术为主的中药蜡烛烟熏消毒剂对室内空气消毒效果,进行了现场消毒实验并与紫外线作平行比较。结果,在室内有人活动情况下,用中药蜡烛烟熏消毒剂,按 2g/m3 用量进行室内空气熏蒸作用 30min,对空气中自然菌平均杀灭率为 68. 40%;按 3g/m3 用量熏蒸 30min,平均杀灭率为 67. 40%。在相同条件下,以功率 1. 5W/m3、辐射强度 90μW/cm2 的紫外线灯照射 30min,其杀菌效果与 2g/m3 中药蜡烛烟熏消毒剂相似。结论,该中药蜡烛烟熏消毒剂对空气中自然菌具有一定杀灭效果,其杀菌能力与紫外线相当。

OBSERVATION ON AIR DISINFECTION EFFICACY OF CHINESE DRUG CANDLE FUMIGATION DISINFECTANT

In order to observe the indoor air disinfection efficacy of Chinese drug candle fumigation disinfectant containing Rhizoma Atractylodis as the main ingredient, field disinfection experiment and parallel comparison with ultraviolet irradiation were carried out. Results: When there were activities in the room, fumigation of the indoor air with the Chinese drug candle fumigation disinfectant at a dosage of 2 g/m 3 for 30 min killed 68.40% in average of the natural bacteria in air and fumigation at a dosage of 3 g/m 3 for 30 min killed 67.40% in average. Under the same conditions, irradiation with ultraviolet lamp at a power of 1.5 W/m 3 and radiation intensity of 90 μW/cm 2 for 30 min produced the germicidal efficacy similar to that produced by 2 g/m 3 Chinese drug candle fumigation disinfectant. Conclusion: The Chinese drug candle fumigation disinfectant had certain efficacy in killing the natural bacteria in air and its germicidal ability was equivalent to ultraviolet irradiation.
