人本原理在护理管理中的应用

摘    要:人本原理的主要思想是坚持把人的管理放在首位;重视人的需要,以激励为主;坚持创造更好的培训、教育手段;人本管理组织的设计与构造应遵循统一、有效、幅度合理、职权与职位相对应、集权与分权的平衡与适宜;人与组织共同发展。通过对传统护理管理方法缺陷的分析,提出如何将人本原理基本思想应用于护理管理工作中。

Abstract:Human based theory insisted human first and incentive staff in management practice. Human based organization structure design were considered to obey principles of unification, effectiveness, reasonable management span, balanced power and responsibilities, balanced centralization and decentralization. Issues of traditional nursing management were analyzed and suggestions on how to applicate human based theory in nursing management were presented.
