| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨特发性正常颅压脑积水的临床特点及护理对策。 方法 在常规治疗的基础上,对特发性正常颅压脑积水患者采用综合护理的措施,并在护理前后进行MMSE、Bathle指数和Fugl-Meyer下肢运动功能评分比较。 结果 7例患者护理前后的MMSE和Bathle指数和Fugl-Meyer下肢运动功能评分差异有显著性(P<0.05)。 结论 特发性正常颅压脑积水临床表现有其特殊性,针对其不同神经功能损害采用相应的综合护理的措施,对改善患者的临床症状有明显作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate clinical symptoms of idiopathic normal pressure hydrocephalus (INPH) and its countermeasures. Method Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE), Bathle Index and Fugl-Meyer Assessment (FMA) were applied to assess the cognitive functions of the 7 case of Idiopathic normal pressure hydrocephalus (INPH) before and after nursing. Results There were significant difference before and after nursing (P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing measures aiming at different clinical symptoms of Idiopathic normal pressure hydrocephalus (INPH) is helpful to improve their neurological function. |
