| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨LASIK术前眼底检查的意义.方法:收集2005年11月至2008年11月来我院准分子治疗中心的LASIK术患者1380例2760只眼,对术前LASIK行散瞳后眼底检查并作详细眼底记录.结果:发现800眼底有不同程度的视网膜病变,占总检查眼数的30%.结论:LASIK术前扩瞳后眼底检查是必不可少的,是术后患者达到理想视力的重要保障,并为患者眼底疾病的及早防治提供有力依据.

| Abstract: | Objective: To indicate the value of examination of fundus before laser in situ keratomileusis.Method: 2760 myopic eyes(1380 patients) treated with laser in situ keratomileusis in our hospital from Nov.2005 to Nov.2008 were collected in this study to accept examination of fundus.Result: 800 eyes(403 patients) had different extent of retinopathy,accounting for 30 percents of examined eyes.Conclusion: Examination of fundus before laser in situ keratomileusis ensures achieving satisfied vision and provides envidence for early treating and preventing other complication of fundus. |
