河北省普通高校大学生身心健康现状

目的通过对河北省高校大学生身体及心健康状况的调查，掌握河北省学生身心健康的基本状况，为制定相关对策提供理论依据。方法采用整体随机抽样的方法，抽取河北省在校大学生1404人，逐人进行问卷调查。结论河北省高校大学生体质健康标准总体水平高于全国水平，但男生超重率和肥胖率均高于全国均值。在被调查的1404名大学生中，313人有不同程度的心理问题，占学生总人数的22．3％。心理亚健康状况：轻度占39％、中度占21．7％、重度占7．6％。结果河北省普通高校大学生身体健康状况良好，但存在一定程度的心理问题，学校应高度重视。

Current situation of university students' physical and spiritual health in Hebei province

objective By investigating the situation of the students＇ physical and spiritual health in some college, in Hebei to know the basic situation of university students＇ physical and spiritual health in Hebei province and provide the theoretical foundation to make relative countermeasures. Methods Overall random sampling was used. 1 404 college students in Hebei were chosen to be investigated with questionnaire. Results College students in Hebei province had a higher level of health than national standard, but also bade a higher prevalence of overweight and obesity than the average in China. Among the 1 404 college students who were investigated 131 of them had varying degrees of psychological problems, making up 22.3% of the whole. Psychological sub- health： 39% were slight, 21.7% were moderate, 7.6% were serious. Conclusion Ordinary university students ir Hebei province have good physical health, but have varying degrees of psychological problems, which should be taken into consideration eriously.
