解毒祛瘀化浊方治疗非小细胞肺癌110例临床观察

摘    要:目的:观察解毒祛瘀化浊方联合化疗治疗非小细胞肺癌的近期疗效。方法:将214例晚期非小细胞肺癌患者随机分为两组,治疗组110例采用解毒祛瘀化浊方配合化疗治疗;对照组104例单纯给予NP化疗方案。观察两组瘤体大小变化、生存质量、不良反应情况。结果:治疗组近期有效率45.5%、稳定率82.7%,对照组有效率13.5%、稳定率75.0%,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05);治疗组生存质量有效率88.1%,对照组有效率63.4%,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05);治疗组不良反应发生少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:解毒祛瘀化浊方配合NP化疗方案治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌有显著的增效减毒作用。

Abstract:Objective:to observe the therapeutic effect of Jiedu Quyu Huazhuo Formula, combined with chemotherapy in treating non-small-cell lung carcinoma in a short term. Method: 214 cases with non-small-cell lung carcinoma at advanced stage were randomly divided into two groups: 110 cases of treatment group given the formula and chemotherapy while 104 of control group given only NP chemotherapy so as to observe the changes of the tumor, survival quality and adverse reactions. Results:in treatment group, the effective rate was 45.5%, stable rate 82.7% while the former 13.5% and the latter 75.0% in control group. There was a significant difference (P<0.05);the adverse reactions of treatment group were less than those of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Jiedu Quyu Huazhuo Formula combined with NP chemotherapy is able to better results and reduce toxin in treatment of Non-small-cell lung carcinoma at advancedf stage.
