| 摘 要： | 目的研究不同程度子痫前期患者胎盘组织中Endoglin的表达及意义。方法随机选择子痫前期患者60例（重度子痫前期患者40例,轻度子痫前期患者20例）,另选同期住院的正常孕妇30例为正常对照组。采用流式细胞技术检测2组胎盘组织中Endoglin的表达。结果子痫前期组Endoglin的表达高于对照组（P〈0.05）;且重度组Endoglin的表达升高更为明显（P〈0.05）。子痫前期胎盘组织中Endoglin的表达与疾病的严重程度呈正相关（P〈0.05）,相关系数为0.713。结论子痫前期患者胎盘组织中Endoglin的表达情况与疾病严重程度呈正相关。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the expression of Endoglin in the placenta tissues in mild and severe preeclampsia. Methods We applied the Flow cytometry on the normal group（30 cases） and the preeclampsia group （60 cases） to study the expression of Endoglin in the placenta. Results The expression level of Endoglin in the severe preeclampsia group was significantly higher than that of normal and mild group（P 〈 0.05）. Endoglin was positively correlated with the severity of the disease （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The abnormal expression of Endoglin in placenta with preeclampsia might be involved in the pathogenesis of preeclampsia, and the elevated level of Endolin is related with the, severity of preeclampsia. |
