| 摘 要： | 为适应当前社会对高素质医药卫生人才的需要,教师要更加重视教育教学质量,要更加重视培养学生的创新精神、实践能力、创新能力和创业能力。提高教师的药理学教学能力是提高医学院校教学质量的途径之一。更新教育思想观念、创新教育教学方法、改进教育教学评价和提高教师自身素质是行之有效的措施。
