奥美拉唑联合磷酸铝凝胶治疗急性酒精性胃黏膜出血的临床效果观察

目的:观察奥美拉唑联合磷酸铝凝胶治疗急性酒精性胃黏膜出血的临床疗效.方法:选取我院自2008年1月至2010年6月收治的126例急性酒精性胃黏膜出血患者,按照治疗方法不同分为观察组(联合用药组)67例和对照组(奥美拉唑治疗组)59例,比较两组患者的临床疗效及安全性.结果:观察组与对照组患者在总有效率、止血时间、输血量及住院时间方面比较差异显著(P＜0.01),具有统计学意义.观察组便秘2例,对照组无明显不良反应.结论:奥美拉唑联合磷酸铝凝胶治疗急性酒精性胃黏膜出血效果理想,可以缩短止血和住院时间、减少输血量,且安全性较高,值得推广应用.

Clinical Observation of Omeprazole Combined with Aluminum Phosphate Gel in the Treatment of Acute Alcoholic Gastric Hemorrhage

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of omeprazole combined with aluminum phosphate gel in the treatment of acute alcohol-induced gastric mucosal hemorrhage.Method: From January 2008 to June 2010,126 cases of patients with acute alcohol-induced gastric mucosal hemorrhage were included in our hospital.According to the different treatment methods,They were divided into observation group(combined group,67 cases) and the control group(omeprazole treatment group,59 cases).The clinical efficacy and safety were compared between the two groups.Result: The differences in total efficacy rate and amount of blood transfusion and hospitalization time between the two groups was significant(P <0.01).Two cases of constipation in the observation group,There’s no significant adverse reactions in the control group.Conclusion: The effect of omeprazole combined with aluminum phosphate gel in the treatment of acute alcohol-induced gastric mucosal hemorrhage is significant.It is possible to be widely applied for the effect on shortening the bleeding time and hospital stay,and reducing the amount of blood transfusion,and the higher security.
