家庭关系对医学生心理健康的影响

目的了解医学生家庭关系对其心理健康的影响,为改善医学生的心理健康状况提供依据。方法以河北某医学高校932名学生为研究对象,使用SCL-90量表进行问卷调查,SPSS软件进行统计分析。结果医学生中有轻微及以上心身症状的人数占54.94%,有中等及以上症状的人数占到了11.70%,有比较严重症状的人数占1.18%。较为常见的心身症状为强迫症状、人际关系敏感、敌对、抑郁。医学生中与母亲关系融洽、与父亲关系融洽、父母关系融洽均占有较大比例,分别为90.34%、83.05%和83.26%。关系融洽的因子均分都比关系一般和紧张的因子均分低,关系紧张的因子均分最高。关系融洽与关系一般比较,全部因子有统计学意义;关系融洽与关系紧张比较,大部分因子有统计学意义;关系一般与关系紧张比较,少部分因子有统计学意义。结论融洽的家庭关系对医学生心理健康有积极的作用,家庭教育中应重视家庭关系的融洽,医学院校应重点关注家庭关系融洽程度低的学生的心理健康状况。

Effects of family relationship on medical students' psychological health

Objective To study the effects of family relationship on medical students’ psychological health in order to provide foundation to improve the mentality of medical students.Methods 932 medical students from a medical college in Hebei were assessed with symptom Checklist（sCl-90）,using sPss software to carry on statistical analysis.Results 54.94% of the medical students had mild or worse psychosomatic symptom.11.70% of them had particular psychosomatic symptom.1.18% of them had a little serious psychosomatic symptom.Common psychosomatic symptoms were compulsion,interpersonal sensitivity,hostility and depression.Most medical students had a harmonious relationship with their mother and father,and their mother and father also had a harmonious relationship with each other.90.34% of them had a harmonious relationship with their mother;83.05% of them had a harmonious relationship with their father;83.2 6% of them had a harmonious relationship between their mother and father.Medical students who had harmonious family relationship had lower scores than those who had general or tension family relationship in all factors.Medical students who had tension family relationship had highest scores in all factors.When medical students who had harmonious family relationship compared with those who had general family relationship,all factors had statistical significance.
