腹腔镜在妇科疾病治疗中的临床应用效果观察

目的:观察腹腔镜在妇科疾病中的临床应用效果。方法:选自我院2009年7月至2011年7月收治的200例妇科患者,随机分为两组,观察组120例行腹腔镜手术治疗,对照组80例行常规开腹手术治疗,对比两组手术时间、术中出血量、术后肠功能恢复时间、术后发热率和住院天数。结果:观察组和对照组的手术时间相差不明显,但观察组的术中出血量、术后肠功能恢复时间、术后发热率和住院天数与对照组相比,均具有显著性差异,P<0.01。结论:腹腔镜手术集诊断、治疗、微创一体化,可改善传统手术的弊端,减少患者的痛苦,值得在妇科临床治疗中广泛推广和应用。

Clinical Application of Laparoscopy in Gynecology

Objective: To observe the clinical application of laparoscopic in gynecology.Method: 200 gynecological patients who were treated from Jul.2009 to Jul.2011 in our hospital were selected and divided into two groups randomly.120 patients in the observation group were treated with laparoscopic surgery,and 80 patients were treated with routine open surgery.Compared the operative time,blood loss,postoperative intestinal function recovery time,postoperative fever rate and hospitalization days between the two groups.Result: The difference of the operative time between the two groups was not obvious,The blood loss,postoperative intestinal function recovery time,postoperative fever rate and hospitalization days were compared with the control group,which has statistically significant,P<0.01.Conclusion: Laparoscopic surgery combines diagnosis,treatment,minimally invasive integration.It can improve the drawbacks of traditional surgery,to reduce the suffering of patients,and is worthy of extensive promotion and application in gynecological clinical treatment.
