不同采血方法在血常规检验中的应用比较

目的:比较不同采血方法对血常规检验结果的影响.方法:选取我院自2011年1月至2011年12月收治的120例进行血常规检验患者作为研究对象,同期分别进行末梢血、静脉血采集,比较两种采集标本检测结果.结果:120例患者静脉血及末梢血血常规检查结果除MCH一项外,末梢血RBC、Hb、Hct、MCV、MCHC、PLT水平均低于静脉血,WBC水平高于静脉血,统计结果均有统计学意义(P<0.05).重复性试验结果比较中末梢血CV值明显高于静脉血(P<0.01),具有统计学意义.结论:静脉采血检验结果较稳定,且数值较末梢血准确,血常规检查时应使用静脉采血.

Different Sampling Methods in Blood Routine Examination Application

Objective: Comparison of different blood sampling methods on blood routine examination result influence.Method: In our hospital from Jan.2011 to Dec.2011,120 cases of patients with routine inspection as the object of study,at the same time for peripheral blood,venous blood collection,comparison of two specimens collected from test results.Result:120 patients venous blood and peripheral blood routine examination results in an outer peripheral blood MCH,RBC,Hb,Hct,MCV,MVHC,PLT level lower than venous blood,WBC level was higher than in the venous blood,the statistical results were statistically significant(P<0.05).The reproducibility of experimental results of peripheral blood CV was significantly higher in venous blood(P<0.01),with statistical significance.Conclusion: Venous blood test result is relatively stable,and more accurate numerical peripheral blood,blood routine examination should be the use of venous blood sampling.
