输卵管妊娠经阴道输卵管切除术45例分析

目的:探讨输卵管妊娠经阴道输卵管切除术的可行性.方法:对45例无盆腔炎反复发作史、腹腔内出血少(<300mL)的输卵管妊娠患者行阴式输卵管切除术,并随机抽取同期50例输卵管妊娠经腹输卵管切除术作为对照.比较两组手术各项指标.结果:两组的术后各项指标差异显著,有统计学意义.研究组手术时间、术中出血无增加,术后病率少,肠功能恢复快,住院时间短.结论:输卵管妊娠经阴道输卵管切除术是一种安全可行的微创手术.

Tubal Pregnancy by Transvaginal Tubal Resection : Analysis of 45 Cases

Objective: To investigate the tubal pregnancy by transvaginal resection of the fallopian tubes of feasibility.Method: 45 cases without pelvic inflammatory disease history of repeated attack,intraperitoneal hemorrhage less(< 300mL) tubal pregnancy with transvaginal resection of the fallopian tubes,and a random sample of 50 cases of tubal pregnancy by transabdominal salpingectomy as control.Comparison of two groups of operation indicators.Result: Two groups of postoperative indices between mostly have statistical significance.Research group of operation time,intraoperative bleeding without increasing,postoperative morbidity,intestinal function recovery,shorter hospitalization time.Conclusion: Tubal pregnancy by transvaginal tubal resection is a safe and effective minimally invasive operation.
