| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨胃上部癌的临床特点及治疗方法.方法:回顾分析我院2001年3月至2011年9月收治的92例胃上部癌的临床资料.结果:本组92例均接受手术,66例行根治性全胃切除术,18例行根治性近端胃大部切除术,8例行姑息性近端胃切除术.并发血胸1例,吻合口瘘2例(1例死亡,1例治愈).结论:根治性手术是胃上部癌治疗的主要方法,选择恰当的术式及规范的操作是手术成功的关键.

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore clinical specialty and therapy method of proximal gastric cancer.Method: A total of 92 patients with proximal gastric cancer admitted to our department from March in 2001 to September 2011 were analyzed retrospectively.Result: All the 92 patients received surgery.66cases underwent radical total gastrectomy,18 cases underwent proximal gastrectomy,Postoperative complications included one case of haemothorax,two cases of leakage(one case died,one was cured).Conclusion: Radical surgery is major treatment to proximal gastric cancer.Proper operational method and standardized operate is the key to success of surgery. |
