新疆某高校预防医学专业学生不同实习模式的效果比较

摘    要:目的通过对新疆某高校2007届少数民族班、汉族班预防医学专业学生实习效果的调查,探讨不同实习模式的效果差异,不断提高预防医学教学质量。方法选取新疆某高校2007届预防医学专业的毕业班学生进行三种实习模式效果评价A模式是疾病预防控制中心(疾控)+教研室实习模式,B模式是社区+疾控+教研室课题实习模式,C模式是疾控课题一体化实习模式]。结果在106份有效问卷中,取得成效较大的评价指标如下:预防医学观念方面树立了预防为主观念101人(95.3%),树立了群体观念101人(95.3%),树立学生预防医学观念的问题中以B模式最优,认为预防医学是群体观念差异有统计学意义,B、C模式优于A模式;在运用人群流行病学研究方法上C模式优于B模式(χ2=6.518,P=0.038),正确收集资料上B模式优于A模式(χ2=6.619,P=0.037),在运用统计软件技能上C模式优于A模式(χ2=6.480,P=0.039),生物—心理—社会医学模式建立和疾病的三级预防的掌握比较中B模式最优。实习内容有待改进方面占比例最高的是抓医德医风和职业道德教育。结论为适应医学模式巨大转变,有效解决公共卫生问题,预防医学本科专业的实习模式体系应进行调整和优化。

Abstract:Objective Aimed at improving the quality of medical education, this research is designed to explore the effects of different patterns of medical students internship by the comparision of two different classes. Methods Two classes of graduates majored in prevention from one medical university in Xinjiang were investigated. Based upon the results, the different effects of the three different internship forms were evaluated (Model A was in the centers for disease control and department practice; Model B was in the community, centers for disease control and the department of topics; Model C was in the centers for disease control integrated practice). Results Among the 106 valid questionnaires, the results of some evaluation index were obvious: 101 respondents had established a prevention-based concept (95.3%); 101 interns were established the collectivism concept (95.3%). Based upon the results, in this suvey, Model B could be the optimal model for graduatesmajored in prevention medicine and the collectivism concept was statistically significant. In addition, Model C was better than Model B in the epidemiological research methods (X2 = 6.518, P = 0.038), model B better than Model A in the collection of data (X2 = 6.619, P = 0.037), model C was better tham Model A in the use of statistical software (X2 = 6.480, P = 0.039). Bio - Medical - psycho-social model (Model B) was optimal and some improvements were needed in the ethics education. Conclusion In order to meet the changes in the medical model, and effectively solve the problems of public health, the internship model system of preventive medicine graduates could be adjusted and optimized.
