调节性T细胞与系统性红斑狼疮

摘    要:胸腺来源的CD4^+CD25^+调节性T细胞在外周免疫耐受机制中发挥着重要作用。研究者普遍认为,高表达的CD25分子是调节性T细胞的可靠标记,而Foxp3则是CD4^+调节性T细胞的最特异胞内分子标记。寻找合适的表面分子标记物将是对调节性T细胞进行深入研究的关键步骤。近期的一些研究表明,活动期系统性红斑狼疮患者外周血调节性T细胞的数量降低和,或功能缺失。调节性T细胞的这种变化可能为系统性红斑狼疮的治疗提供新思路。

Abstract:Thymus-derived CD4^+CD25^+ T-regulatory cells (Tregs) play an important role in the mechanisms of peripheral immune tolerance, CD25 molecule at high level of expression is the most widely employed marker of Tregs. Foxp3 is currently the most specific marker for CD4^+ Tregs. Seeking for proper cell surface markers would be the crucial step for further investigation of Tregs. Recent studies have shown a significant defect in Treg cell number and/or function in active systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), which may provide new ways for the treatment of this devastating disorder.
