摘    要:肺动脉高压(pulmonary arterial hypertension,PAH)是一组病因复杂的疾病,目前具体的发病机制仍不清楚。尤其是结缔组织病(connective tissue disease,CTD)相关PAH,在临床上仍然是治疗的难点,预后较差。动物模型对疾病的研究必不可少,在现有的PAH动物模型中,野百合碱(monocrotaline,MCT)诱导的大鼠PAH模型的炎症反应在PAH形成过程中扮演着重要角色,因此可能是最接近CTD相关PAH发病机制的模型。利用该模型探索控制炎症反应和免疫反应药物的应用并探讨其相关作用机制,将对建立CTD相关PAH动物模型以及应用新的治疗方法提供理论依据和广阔的前景。

Abstract:Pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) is defined as a group of disease with complicated etiology. The clinical prognosis is still poor, especially connective tissue disease (CTD) associated PAH. One of the researching obstacles is that we are lacking of a good animal model which can appropriately mimic the pathogenesis of CTD associated PAH. Monocrotaline (MCT) induced PAH in rat is a model which may be closest to CTD associated PAH among all the current PAH model, because in this model inflammation plays an important role in the developement of PAH. Investigating the efficacy and pharmaceutical mechanism of some anti-inflammation drugs or immunosuppressive agents on this model will improve the understanding of CTD associated PAH and may lead to new drug therapies in clinic.
