原发性骨质疏松症肾虚髓亏证与骨密度相关性分析

摘    要:为探讨原发性骨质疏松症的肾虚髓亏证与骨密度的相关性.将54例中医辨证属于肾虚髓亏证的原发性骨质疏松症的中医证候计分与其L1~4椎体骨密度值进行统计学相关分析.结果显示54例原发性骨质疏松症患者的肾虚髓亏证证候计分与L1~4骨密度均值成弱负相关(P<0.05),与股骨颈、大转子、Word's三角骨密度相关性无统计学意义(P>0.05).表明原发性骨质疏松症患者肾虚髓亏证的轻重程度与骨密度的变化并不相称,肾虚髓亏证与骨密度不存在量的相关.

Abstract:In order to explore the relationship between kidneys-marrow deficiency (KMD) and bone mineral density (BMD) in primary osteoporosis (PO), 54 PO cases belonging to KMD according to TCM syndromes differentiation received the BMD examinations on L1-4, femoral neck, great trochanter and Ward's triangle bone, the symptoms and signs of KMD were scored, and the relationship between both of them were analyzed. The results showed that the scores of the 54 cases were negatively correlated with the mean of L1-4 BMD (r=-0.312, P < 0.05) but with BMD of the femoral neck, great trochanter and Ward's triangle bone without statistical significance (r=-0.147 to -0.215, P > 0.05), suggesting that the KMD severity in PO has no correlation with BMD change; there is no quantitative correlation between KMD and BMD.
