子宫固定牵引器用于阴式子宫全切术病人的护理

目的减轻阴式子宫全切术病人术中出血及术后疼痛,提高手术效果.方法将70例行阴式子宫全切术的病人随机分为观察组和对照组各35例.对照组采用传统的宫颈钳与组织钳辅助手术;观察组采用自行研制的子宫固定牵引器辅助手术,术前给予心理支持,术中保持截石体位,术后动态观察病情.结果观察组术中出血量、手术时间、器械滑脱次数、更换部位次数,术后疼痛发生率均显著低于对照组(均P＜0.01).结论行阴式子宫全切术应用子宫固定牵引器及本护理模式具有安全、高效优势.

Nursing Care in Transvaginal Hysterectomy by Employing Uterus Fixation Tractor

Objective To minimize the bleeding in the transvaginal total hysterectomy and improve the efficacy of the operation. Methods Seventy patients undergoing the transvaginal total hysterectomy were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 35 patients in each group. The patients in the control group received the transvaginal total hysterectomy by using traditional cervix forceps and tissue forceps. In the experimental group, the operation was performed with a home-made uterus tractor and the patients received psychological support before the operation and assumed lithotomy position during the operation. The status of the patients was dynamically observed. Results The amount of blood loss, operation time, times of device slipping, times of place changes, occurrence of postoperative pain in the experimental group were all lower than those in the control group (P<0. 01 for all). Conclusion Use of uterus tractor plus the nursing care mode in question in transvaginal total hysterectomy was safe and effective.
