| 摘 要： | 目的：通过比较补骨脂盐炙前后在二神丸复方中止泻作用的研究，为临床合理选择炮制品提供依据。方法：以补骨脂生品，盐炙品分别制成二神丸，给小鼠灌胃给药，观察对番泻叶所致小鼠急性腹泻及大黄造成脾虚腹泻模型影响。结果：二神丸（补骨脂盐炙品）10g／kg剂量组能减轻小鼠急性腹泻，二神丸（补骨脂盐炙品）5g／kg和15g／kg均能抑制脾虚小鼠肠推进。结论：二神丸用于治疗脾肾阳虚腹泻以盐炙补骨脂入药效果更好。
