| 摘 要： | 检测１８例肺心病患者急性期和经解期ＩＬ－２和ＳＩＬ－２水平。结果显示：肺心病患者ＩＬ－２产生能力较对照组为低（ｐ＜０．０１）；而ＳＩＬ－２Ｒ水平则较对照组为高（Ｐ＜０．０１）。提示肺心病患者免疫功能下降可能系因血清中ＳＩＬ－２Ｒ过高所致。

| Abstract: | he activity of IL-2 Produced
PBMC and the serum level of SIL-2R were determined in18 patients with pulmonary heart
disease. The results showed that the IL-2 activity wassig-nificantly lower than that of normal
control(P<0.01) and the SIL-2R level was higher thanthat of the control(P<0.01).It is indicated
that high level of SIL-2R may lead to lower IL-2 activity in patients with pulmonany heart
disease. |
