经尿道电切和电汽化术治疗良性前列腺增生症的临床对照研究

目的　比较经尿道电汽化切除术 (TUVP)与经尿道电切术 (TURP)治疗良性前列腺增生 (BPH)症。方法　收庥 30 0例 2 0 0 0年 1月～ 2 0 0 3年 1月BPH患者的临床资料 ,随机分为两组 ,14 0例行TURP和16 0例行TUVP对其手术治疗的安全性及疗效进行研究。结果　TUVP组的平均手术时间、术中平均失血量、术后保留尿管的时间、术后持续膀胱冲洗的时间均少于TURP组 (P <0 .0 1)。结论　TUVP去除腺体组织的速度快 ,出血少 ,视野清 ,手术操作时间缩短 ,手术过程更安全 ,术后留置尿管的时间缩短 ,术后膀胱刺激症状轻微 ,术后并发症少 ,患者痛苦小 ,恢复快 ,极有可能取代TURP成为治疗BPH的一种理想方式。

Clinical comparative study of transurethral electroresection and transurethral electrovaporization in bening prostatic hyperplasia

Objective:To compare the efficacy and safety of transurethral electrovaporization of prostate (TUVP) management on benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) by comparing it with transurethral electroresection(TURP).Methods:300 cases of BPH (admitted from Jan 2000 to Jan 2003) were divided into 2 groups randomly, 160 cases were treated with TUVP and 140 cases were TURP, and their security and curative effect were compared with each other.Results:The average surgical time and amount of blood loss in operation of TUVP were less than those of TULIP.The post-operation indwelling catheter time , the continual bladder washing time after operation of TUVP were shorter than TURP.Conclusions:Both two therapies of BPH are safe and effective, the TUVP is more safe and perfect than TURP.
