| 摘 要： | 目的探讨深板层角膜移植术治疗角膜溃疡的临床效果。方法采用甘油冷保存的角膜组织对22例（22眼）药物治疗无效的角膜溃疡行深角膜板层移植术。真菌性角膜溃疡16眼,病毒性角膜溃疡4眼,热烧伤引起的角膜溃疡2眼。其中角膜溃疡穿孔10眼,术中行双板层移植,前房注气。结果随访5～24个月,21眼角膜植片存活,溃疡治愈率95.45%,1眼术后原发病复发,2眼术后移植片血管化,19眼角膜半透明,视力提高。结论对药物治疗无效的角膜溃疡,及时应用甘油冷保存的角膜组织行深板层角膜移植术,可以控制炎症,恢复部分视力。
