选择性子宫动脉栓塞术治疗子宫肌瘤20例分析

目的研究经导管子宫动脉栓塞术治疗子宫肌瘤的临床效果。方法选择子宫肌瘤患者20例，采用Seldinger技术行双侧子宫动脉插管，造影确认后注入PVA栓塞颗粒，阻断肌瘤血液供应。分别于术后3个月、6个月、12个月观察疗效。结果子宫动脉栓塞术治疗后，肌瘤体积缩小，月经周期恢复正常，贫血、压迫症状改善，保留了子宫和卵巢完整的生理功能。结论子宫动脉栓塞术治疗子宫肌瘤是一种疗效显著的微创治疗方法。

Selective uterine arterial embolization for uterine leiomyoma(report of 20 cases)

Objective To assess the clinical effects of uterine arterial embolization on uterine leiomyoma.?Methods 20 cases of uterine leiomyoma were treated by Seldinger's uterine arterial embolization, on one side after the other side.The 5.0F cobra catheter was sent into the uterine artery, with polyvinyl alcohol foam (PVA) particles introduced as the embolizer. 3, 6 and 12 months after the operation,the effects of embolization were investigated.?Results After the procedure, the size of uterine leiomyoma was decreased, menses became normal,the symptoms of anemia and oppression were relieved. The physiological functions of ovaries and uterus were preserved completely.?Conclusions Uterine arterial embolizations is an effective and less invasive way to treat uterine leiomyoma.
