| 摘 要： | 本文观察了141例急型和亚急型克山病尸检病例肝脏的形态学改变,并与死于休克或心力衰竭的非克山病病例肝脏病变进行了比较。结果发现,三者在病变性质上无明显区别,但克山病组肝脏坏死检出率则高于其它两组,其中与心力衰竭组相比,已经达到显著差异的程度(P<0.05)。认为克山病肝脏坏死性改变是由其病因所造成的原发性肝脏损伤与休克及心力衰竭等缺氧因素共同作用的结果。

| Abstract: | In this study, hepatic morphological changes were observed in autopsy cases with acute and sub-acute Keshan disease, and its comparison with liver changes of those in shock or with cardiac failure was made . The results indicated that no difference was found among groups in the characteristics of liver changes, but the incidnce of liver necrosis in cases with Keshan disease wsas significantly higher than that in cases with cardiac failure (P<0. 05) ,and was slightly higer than that in cases in shock. It is suggested that the pathological hepatic changes in cases with Keshan disease result from the common damage caused by both Keshan disease pathogenic factors and some anoxic factors (such as in shock or cardiac failure). |
