翘芍止泄合剂对肝郁模型大鼠性行为及中枢5-羟色胺的影响

目的:建立肝郁动物模型,观察翘芍止泄合剂对模型大鼠性行为和5 -羟色胺(Serotonin,5- HT)的影响,探讨其作用机理.方法:通过带模具单笼饲养法造模,以翘芍止泄合剂作为试验用药,观察大鼠的插入潜伏期、插入次数、射精潜伏期；取大鼠下丘脑,制备下丘脑匀浆,检测各标本5 - HT的含量.结果:造模后,大鼠插入潜伏期延长,插入次数、射精潜伏期均缩短,中枢5 - HT含量降低,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01),而给药组潜伏期缩短(P＜0.01),插入次数、射精潜伏期均延长(P＜0.01),中枢5- HT含量升高(P＜0.05).结论:肝郁证雄性大鼠性行为的改变与中枢5- HT的含量有关,翘芍止泄合剂能够提高中枢5 - HT的含量,可能是提高性功能的作用机制之一.

Effect of QIAO SHAO mixture on depression liver rat model of sexual behavior and central serotonin

Objectives： To observe the effect of QIAO SHAO mixture on depression liver rat model of sexual behavior and central serotonin（5 -HT） and its treatment metabolism. Methods： Modeling by single- cage rearing with mold, to observe in- tromission latency, intromission number and intravaginal ejaculatory latency time（IELT） of the rat; preparation of hypothalamus homogenates, and to detect the levels of 5 - HT. Results ： Insert incubation period of the model rats was extended, insert times and the latency of ejaculation of the model rats was shorter , there was significantly difference（ P 〈 0.01 ）, in drug groups, incuba- tion period shorten group （P 〈 0.01 ）, insert times, the ejaculation are extended incubation period （P 〈 0.01 ）, central 5 -HT content increased （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion ： Sexual behavior of depression liver rat model was related to the contents of central 5 -HT, and QIAO SHAO mixture could increase contents of 5 -HT,which metabolism to improve sexual function.
