超声引导下射频消融术治疗子宫黏膜下肌瘤临床疗效研究

摘    要:目的:探讨超声引导下射频消融术治疗子宫黏膜下肌瘤的疗效.方法:选择2005年1月至2011年1月经临床和超声检查确诊为子宫黏膜下肌瘤的120例患者,超声引导下射频消融术组(观察组)和宫腔镜电切术组(对照组)各60例,比较两组手术时间、术中出血、治疗效果和肌瘤转归等.结果:手术时间、术中出血,两组比较差异极显著(P<0.01);治疗效果和肌瘤转归情况,两组O型Ⅰ型黏膜下肌瘤比较无明显差异(P>0.05),Ⅱ型黏膜下肌瘤两组比较,差异显著(P<0.01).结论:超声引导下射频消融术与宫腔镜电切术治疗子宫黏膜下肌瘤比较具有手术时间短、术中出血少,无须住院等优点,并且设备简单,易于掌握.

Abstract:Objectives: To discuss the efficacy of radiofrequency ablation under the supersonic guidance in the treatment of submucous myoma.Methods: From January 2005 to January 2011,120 patients of uterus myoma were selected for the study.Sixty patients received radiofrequency ablation under the supersonic guidance(ablation group),while the other 60 patients received hysteroscopic surgery(hysteroscopy group).The clinical data of those patients were compared.Results: There was significant differences between the two groups in the amount of bleeding,the operation time and the postoperative hospital stay(P0.01).No significant difference was found in efficacy between type 0 and type Ⅰsubmucous myoma(P0.05),but significant difference was found between type Ⅱand other types(P0.01).Conclusion: Radiofrequency ablation under the supersonic guidance has the advantages of reducing the amount of bleeding,the time of operation and the postoperative hospital stays as compared to hysteroscopic surgery.The procedure is easy to operate.
