| 摘 要： | 目的探讨产后出血有关的原因。方法对2003年1月～2007年12月在我院分娩的190例产后出血的病例进行回顾性分析。结果全组出现宫缩乏力147例；胎盘粘连37例；软产道损伤4例；DIC2例。产后2小时内出血136例。出血量500ml～2930ml，平均656．4ml。190例均痊愈出院。结论产后出血的主要原因是宫缩乏力、胎盘粘连等，产后2小时内的出血应引起高度的重视。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the relation factors of the onset of postpartum hemorrhage.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 190 cases of postpartum hemorrhage between Jan 2003 and Dec 2007 in our hospital.Results Among the 190 cases,there were 147 cases of uterine inertia,37 cases of placental adherence,4 cases of soft parturient canal tear and 2 cases of DIC.136 cases within 2 hours from the onset of postpartum hemorrhage.Blood loss averaged 656.4ml.All the patients were recovered.Conclusion The relation factors of the onset of postpartum hemorrhage were uterine inertia,placental adherence,etc.We must pay great attention to the patients within 2 hours from the onset of postpartum hemorrhage. |
