| 摘 要： | 目的观察标准化壮医药线点灸治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛（PHN）的疗效及安全性。方法将60例PHN患者随机分为2组。治疗组30例予标准化壮医药线点灸治疗,对照组30例予常规药物治疗。2组均治疗4周后进行疼痛评分、药物评分和疗效比较,并观察2组安全性。结果 2组60例,脱落4例,其中治疗组1例,对照组3例。2组治疗后疼痛评分均较本组治疗前减少（P〈0.01）,治疗组治疗后疼痛评分低于对照组（P〈0.01）。2组治疗后药物评分均较本组治疗前减少（P〈0.01）,治疗组治疗后药物评分低于对照组（P〈0.01）。治疗组有效率96.55%,对照组有效率70.37%,2组有效率比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,治疗组疗效优于对照组。治疗组安全性评价有2例出现2级反应。结论标准化壮医药线点灸治疗PHN安全有效。
