| 摘 要： | 目的观察在常规西医治疗基础上采用改良定喘汤治疗支气管哮喘急性发作期的临床疗效。方法将66例支气管哮喘急性发作期随机分为2组。均予西药常规治疗,治疗组予改良定喘汤,日1剂,水煎取汁300 mL,分2次口服;对照组予硫酸沙丁胺醇片2片,每日3次口服。2组均以10 d为1个疗程。结果治疗组和对照组的总有效率分别为100%和75.76%,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）。2组治疗后第1 s用力呼气容积（FEV1）、FEV1占预计值百分比（FEV1%）均升高,与本组治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,组间比较差异亦有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,治疗组改善优于对照组。结论在常规西医治疗基础上采用改良定喘汤治疗支气管哮喘急性发作期疗效确切,能明显改善患者的肺功能指标。 |
