应用超声显像技术诊断胎儿脐绕颈

目的：探讨超声显像技术在诊断胎儿脐绕颈的应用价值。方法：应用彩超，对妊娠３６～４１周的孕妇进行常规胎儿检查。结果：１９９６年１２月～１９９８年１２月到我院就诊的５２６例孕妇，其中诊断胎儿脐绕颈５３例，经临床证实４８例，绕颈一周４２例，绕颈两周４例，绕颈两周以上２例。结论：超声显像技术诊断胎儿脐绕颈具有直观、准确、无损伤、重复性好的特点，诊断符合率达９０％，而且通过彩色频谱多普勒技术观察胎儿脐绕颈处的脐动脉血流的最大流速（Ｖｍａｘ），阻力指数（ＲＩ）以及脐动脉的收缩期与舒张期血流比值（Ｓ／Ｄ）的变化，可判定胎儿脐绕颈的松、紧程度，超声显像技术诊断胎儿脐绕颈具有较高的价值。

Applying Ultrasonic Imaging Technique to Diagnose Fetus Cord around Neck

Objective: To study the applied value of ultrasonic imaging technique in diagnosing fetus cord around neck. Method:Using the color ultrasound to examine fetus to being pregnant for 3641 weeks. Results: 526 cases of pregnancy were diagnosed by it, 53 cases of them were diagnosed fetus cord around neck. We have verified 48 cases of them being one circuit, 4 cases being two circuits and 2 cases being over two circuits by clinic.Conclusions:Ultrasonic-imaging technique has features of audio-visual, accurate,no hurting and good repetition for diagnosing fetus around neck. The correct rate of diagnosis is 90%. Through color Doppler technique observing the changes of maxim speed of umbilical artery blood(Vmax),resistance index(RI), the radio of flowing of systole to diastole in fetus cord around neck, we can decide the loose and tight degree of fetus cord around neck. Ultrasonic imaging technique has higher value to diagnose fetus cord around neck.
