摘    要:当教师,要始终坚持边学边教,不断为自己"充电",不断更新知识.一个不能随时更新知识的教师,就不是一个合格的教师.高等中医药教育的教学改革,在认识和处理传统与现代的关系上,要着眼于两者的结合、整合、融合、协调发展.通过实践去"优化"选择,不搞一种固定模式,不搞"一刀切"的做法,提倡充分的开放性、兼容性,并给学校以较大的自主权、较多的灵活性和个性,以期打破僵局、走出新路.

Abstract:Since 1995,Peking Union Medical College(PUMC)initiated a program of recruiting top students from the medical institutions who completed six year education in a 7-year curriculum system at those schools.The admission of the student is based on their learning performance and interview records.The admitted students will merge into 8-year curriculum at PUMC and get degree of MD after two more years' education.The implementation of this program and its impact on reformation of the students' enrollment as well as education at PUMC are described.
