| 摘 要： | 目的探讨小儿内科常见疾病临床护理路径的建立及临床应用效果。方法对小儿内科住院治疗的前5位病种（婴儿支气管肺炎、支气管肺炎、急性支气管炎、急性上呼吸道感染、小儿腹泻）共1611例患儿订临床护理路径并实施，与实施临床护理路径前的1566例患儿进行比较。结果缩短了患儿住院时间，降低了住院费用，提高了健康教育达标率和患儿及家属对护理工作的满意度（P〈0．01）。结论在小儿内科实施临床护理路径具有科学性、实用性、有效性，值得推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the establishment and application of clinical nursing pathway of common diseases in pediatric internal medicine. Methods Totally 1 611 patients of top 5 frequently -occulting diseases （infant bronchopneumonia,bronchopeumonia,acute bronchitis,acute upper respiratory infection and infantile diarrhea） in pediatric internal medicine received nursing care based on clinical nursing pathway, and a total of 1 566 patients without the clinical nursing pathway were choosen as the control group. Results The implementation of clinical nursing pathway could shorten the average days of hospitali-zation and reduce the cost of hospitalization, increase the qualification rate of health education and patient satisfaction （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The implemen- tation of clinical nursing pathway is scientific, practical and effective in pediatric internal medicine, and is worthy of popularization and application. |
