三级综合医院开展志愿护理服务的实践与体会

目的探讨三级综合医院开展志愿护理服务的做法与效果。方法按照医院志愿护理服务的工作办法成立护理志愿者服务管理小组，招募1132名志愿者为医院患者及社区人群提供引导、陪送、健康咨询、生活照顾、家庭访视、康复指导、心理支持等服务。结果服务对象对志愿护理服务的总体满意度为96．08％，在职护理志愿者和护生志愿者对医院开展志愿服务的认同率分别为95．24％和96．53％。结论医院开展志愿护理服务有利于满足服务对象的非医疗性需求，实现志愿者的自身价值，培养护生的职业适应能力，体现医院公益性质。

Practice and experiences of carrying out voluntary nursing service in a three-level comprehensive hospital

Objective To explore the methods and effects of voluntary nursing service in a comprehensive hospital. Methods Voluntary service manage-ment team was established according to the hospital volunteer nursing service work. A total of 1 132 volunteers were recruited and provided the services of guid-ance, accompany, health consultation, basic care, home visit, rehabilitation guidance and psychological support for the hospitalized patients and community people. Results The overall satisfaction rate of service was 96.08% , the approval rates of hospital volunteer service of incumbency nursing volunteers and nursing students volunteers were 95.24% and 96.53 % respectively. Conclusions Voluntary nursing service is helpful to meet the non - medical demand of the clients, realize the volunteers＇ own value, cultivate the nursing students＇ vocational adaptability and embody the hospital public properties.
