低年资护士静脉输液职业防护认知和行为现状调查

目的调查低年资护士静脉输液职业防护意识和行为。方法采用自设的低年资护士静脉输液职业防护知识和行为调查问卷，调查上海市8所三级甲等医院376名低年资护士。结果低年资护士静脉输液职业防护知识和行为得分分别为（68．21±13．86）分和（48．14±14．72）分，二者呈正相关（r=0．419，P〈0．01）；不同科室、学历的低年资护士静脉输液职业防护知识得分差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．01或P〈0．05）；不同科室的低年资护士静脉输液职业防护行为得分差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论低年资护士静脉输液职业防护知识与行为存在不足，医院管理者应进一步加强低年资护士职业防护知识的培训，增强其防护意识，改善职业防护行为。

Investigation on recognition and practice of junior nurses' occupational protection in intravenous infusion

Objective To investigate the recognition and practice of junior nurses＇occupational protection in intravenous infusion. Methods A self - de-signed questionnaire was introduced to investigate 376 junior nurses from eight 3A - level hospitals in Shanghai. Results Scores of recognition and practice of occupational protection were （68.21 ± 13.86） and （48.14 ± 14.72） and were positively correlated （ r = 0. 419,P 〈 0.01 ）. The recognition scores of nurses in different departments and education backgrounds showed significant differences （ P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ） , and practice scores of different departments showed sig- nificant differences （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The recognition and practice of occupational protection of junior nurses in intravenous infusion are insufficient. Hospital managers should further strengthen the training of occupational protection knowledge for junior nurses in order to enhance their protection consciousness and improve their behaviors.
