摘    要:[目的] 评价体验式学习对实习护生对脊柱侧弯专业理论知识、操作技能、康复护理知识及态度的影响,为制定有效的脊柱侧弯护理实习计划提供参考方案。[方法] 将2015年36名、2016年34名本科实习护生分别纳入对照组和观察组,对照组按照实习生护理实习计划进行学习,观察组在对照组的基础上穿插以护生为主,教师为辅的依次经历感知、体验与反思、总结与应用三阶段的体验式学习,采用自行设计的护理认知调查问卷的方式调查护生的护理认知的改变。[结果] 3周实习结束后,观察组对脊柱侧弯理论专科及理论知识、康复护理知识、态度及技能评分显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论] 体验式学习的模式有利于实习护生对脊柱侧弯患者护理态度的转变,提高实习护生的专业理论知识、康复知识水平和操作技能水平。

Abstract:Objective: To evaluate the effect of experiential learning on the theoretical knowledge, rehabilitation nursing and nursing cognition of student nurse, and to provide reference for developing an effective nursing plan for scoliosis. Methods : 36 student nurses in 2015 and 34 student nurses in 2016 were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group studied nursing skills according to plan, the observation group taken part in three stages of experiential learning: perception, experience and reflection in the form of student first and teachers second, and investigated the change of nursing cognition using self-designed questionnaire of nursing cognition. Results: After 3 weeks of practice, the observation group was significantly higher than the control group (P<0.01) on the Scoliosis theory specialist, rehabilitation nursing knowledge, nursing attitudes and nursing skills. Conclusion: Experiential learning is beneficial to change the attitude of nursing students for the nursing of scoliosis patients, and to improve their professional knowledge, rehabilitation knowledge and nursing skills.
