腹腔镜手术治疗卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿患者效果观察

目的：探讨腹腔镜手术治疗卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿患者效果观察。方法：卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿患者82例选自我院于2015年1月~2016年1月期间,按照随机数字表法分为观察组41例与对照组41例。其中对照组患者实施开腹手术进行治疗,观察组患者实施腹腔镜手术进行治疗。结果：术中出血量比较观察组少于对照组(P<0.05),术后排气时间比较观察组快于对照组(P<0.05),术后并发症比较观察组少于对照组(P<0.05),住院时间比较观察短于对照组(P<0.05)；而手术时间比较两组无统计学差异(P>0.05)；观察组随访不孕患者术后妊娠率高于对照组,但无统计学差异(P>0.05)；观察组术后复发率低于对照组,但无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论：卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿患者应用腹腔镜手术治疗效果明显,具有重要研究价值,值得进一步研究。

Laparoscopic surgery for the treatment of ovarian endometriosis cyst

Objective: To investigate the effect of laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of ovarian endometriosis cyst. Methods: 82 cases of ovarian endometriosis cyst in our hospital from January 2015 ~ January 2016 were divided into observation group 41 cases and control group 41 cases according to the random number table method. The control group was treated with open surgery, while the observation group was treated with laparoscopic surgery. Results: the observation group of intraoperative bleeding was less than the control group(P<0.05), postoperative exhaust time is faster than the control group(P<0.05), postoperative complications were less than the control group(P<0.05), the hospitalization time is shorter than the control group (P<0.05); and no significant differences between the two groups in operation time (P>0.05); the observation group were infertile patients with postoperative pregnancy rate higher than the control group, but no significant difference (P>0.05); the recurrence rate of the patients in the observation group than in the control group, but no significant difference (P>0.05). Conclusion: laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of patients with ovarian endometriosis cyst effect is obvious, has important research value, it is worth further study.
