肌内效布贴扎辅助理疗对肱骨干骨折患者术后早期肿胀疼痛的影响

目的 探讨肌内效布贴扎辅助理疗对肱骨干骨折患者术后早期肿胀疼痛的影响。方法 选择2015年1月至2015年9月术后早期肱骨干骨折患者49例，随机分为对照组（25例）和治疗组（24例），对照组采用局部常规理疗治疗，治疗组在此基础上采用肌内效布贴扎治疗。分别于入选时和治疗1、3、5天后对两组患者的肿胀程度和VAS评分进行评估。结果 入选时两组患者周径差和VAS评分比较，差异无统计学意义。治疗第1、3天，治疗组VAS评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义。治疗第3、5天，治疗组健肢与患肢周径差低于对照组，差异有统计学意义。治疗第5天，两组患者周径差和VAS评分均低于入选时，差异有统计学意义。结论 肌内效布贴扎辅助常规理疗能快速改善肱骨干骨折患者术后早期肿胀和疼痛等症状。

Effects of Kinesio Taping plus Conventional Physiotherapy on Relieving Swelling and Pain for Early Postoperative Patients with Humeral Shaft Fracture

Objective To explore the effects of kinesio taping plus conventional physiotherapy on relieving swelling and pain for early postoperative patients with humeral shaft fracture. Methods From January 2015 to September 2015 in our hospital 49 early postoperative patients with humeral shaft fracture were randomly divided into control group (25) and treatment group (24), the control group accepted conventional physiotherapy, on the basis the treatment group accepted kinesio taping. Upper arm circumference and visual analogue scale (VAS) were applied to evaluate the degree of swelling and pain. Results There were no significant differences in general condition in two groups before treatment (P>0.05). VAS in treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group at the 1st day and 3rd day after experiment (P<0.05). Upper arm circumference in the treatment group reduced more significantly than that in control group at 3rd day and 5th day (P<0.05). The upper arm circunference and VAS in the two group all reduced more signnificantly at 5th day than that before treatment (P<0.05). Conclusion Kinesio taping combined with conventional physiotherapy has significant curative effects on relieving swelling and pain for early postoperative patients with humeral shaft fracture.
