| Abstract: | Anti-platelet therapy is one of the most important trentments for cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases such as coronary artery disease atrial fibrillation and ischemic stroke etc.As the advances of the basic research and clinical studies in the field of antithrombotic treatment,many new antiplatelet agents emerged in the recent years.This review summarizes the mechanisms and associated clinical issues of each antiplatelet agent,in order to provide the standard or individualized antiplatelet therapy for thrombotic and embolic diseases,especial the cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. |
