局部阻滞联合中药内服在干性坐骨神经痛治疗中的临床价值

摘要：目的：探讨局部阻滞联合中药内服对干性坐骨神经痛的临床效果。方法：择取2013年10月到2016年5月我院收治的80例干性坐骨神经患者作为研究对象，严格按照随机化对照的原则将患者分为局部阻滞注射联合中药内服组（简称观察组）40例和常规药物治疗组（简称对照组）40例，对两组的治疗效果进行比较。结果：对治疗前后的两组干性坐骨神经痛患者分别进行疼痛评分和腰椎活动度（JOA）评分，观察组在治疗结束时及治疗3个月后的疼痛评分和JOR评分均优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：局部阻滞联合中药内服治疗干性坐骨神经痛效果明显，能够有效缓解患者的疼痛，治疗后复发概率较少，值得进一步推广

Clinical value of local block injections combined with intervention of traditional Chinese medicine on treating pain of sciatic nerve bundle

Abstract: Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of local block injections combined with oral administration of Chinese medicine on treating pain of sciatic nerve bundle. Methods: Select 60 patients who meet the diagnostic criteria,patients were divided into local block injections combined with oral administration of Chinese medicine ( observation group) and 40 cases of drug treatment group (control group) in 40 cases In strict accordance with the principles of randomized from October 2013 to May 2016, and the treatment of the two groups were compared. Results: Evaluation pain and JOA scores of two groups patients before and after treatment ,the pain and JOA scores in the observation group are better than that in the control group after treatment and after 3 months of treatment,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05) .Conclusion: local block injections combined with oral administration of Chinese medicine can cure the pain of sciatic nerve branch effectively, it can effectively relieve the patient''s pain, and ensure less probability of recurrence after treatment,which needs further promotion.
