伊曲康唑联合温胆汤治疗肺结核并发肺部真菌感染56例疗效分析

目的：探究伊曲康唑联合温胆汤治疗肺结核并发肺部真菌感染效果。方法：收集2015年2月-2016年2月我院收治的肺结核并发肺部真菌感染56例患者进行研究,将上述患者随机分为两组,对照组接受伊曲康唑治疗,观察组在对照组基础上接受温胆汤治疗,比较两组患者临床治疗效果。结果：观察组治疗有效率(92.9%)显著高于对照组(78.6%),组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：伊曲康唑联合温胆汤治疗肺结核并发肺部真菌感染效果显著,值得临床推广。

Joint wendan tang itraconazole treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis complicated by pulmonary fungal infection efficacy analysis of 56 cases

objective: to explore the joint wendan tang itraconazole treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis complicated by pulmonary fungal infection. Methods: collected in February 2015 - February 2015, our hospital pulmonary tuberculosis complicated by pulmonary fungal infection in 56 patients, the patients were randomly divided into two groups, control group treated with itraconazole, the observation group in the control group on the basis of wendan tang treatment, compared two groups of patients with clinical therapeutic effect. Efficient results: to observe the treatment group (92.9%) is significantly higher than control group (78.6%), and compare the differences between groups with statistical significance (P < 0.05). Conclusion: itraconazole joint wendan tang treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis complicated by pulmonary fungal infection effect is remarkable, worthy of clinical promotion.
