| 摘 要： | 心肌纤维化是由多种病理因素导致心脏疾病发展至一定阶段所具有的共同病理改变,是心室重构的主要原因。心肌纤维化与高血压性心脏病、缺血性心肌病、肥厚性心肌病、扩张性心肌病、病毒性心肌炎及糖尿病心肌病等多种心血管疾病密切相关。自噬在心肌细胞的存活及其维持心肌的收缩功能等方面起着重要作用,有研究显示自噬与心肌纤维化存在一定的联系。本文就心肌纤维化的发病机制及自噬在各种心血管疾病中的作用做一综述,旨在为心肌纤维化的防治提供更为特异和有效的作用靶点。

| Abstract: | Myocardial fibrosis is caused by a variety of factors to heart disease develops to a certain stage the common pathological changes, is the main cause of ventricular remodeling. Myocardial fibrosis is related to hypertensive heart disease, ischemic heart disease, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, dilated cardiomyopathy, viral myocarditis and cardiomyopathy diabetes and other cardiovascular diseases. Autophagic plays an important role in cardiomyocyte survival and maintenance of myocardial systolic function ,which is associated with myocardial fibrosis. This article summarizes the pathogenesis of myocardial fibrosis, focusing on role of autophagy in cardiovascular diseases, which aims to provide more specific and effective targets in prevention and treatment of myocardial fibrosis . |
