248例皮肤囊肿的超声诊断价值与误诊原因探讨

摘要 目的：比较超声与病理诊断皮肤囊肿的符合率，探讨各类皮肤囊肿的诊断特点与误诊因素。方法：对248例超声诊断的3类皮肤囊肿与病理对比分析。结果：248例超声诊断皮肤囊肿，符合病理诊断210例，不符合诊断38例，超声总符合率85%，其中表皮样囊肿225例（与病理诊断结果相比符合率86％），皮脂腺囊肿15例（66%），脂囊瘤8例（88%），多数皮肤囊肿有各自超声特征性表现，但部分缺乏特异性。结论：高频超声对大多数皮肤囊肿能做出正确的定性诊断，且可作出准确定位，对不典型表现者需全面细致观察、结合临床资料来提高诊断率。
