尿激酶在经阴道超声引导下穿刺硬化治疗子宫内膜异位性囊肿中的应用

目的 探讨尿激酶在经阴道超声引导下穿刺硬化治疗子宫内膜异位性囊肿中的临床应用价值。方法 回顾性分析经阴道超声引导下穿刺硬化治疗子宫内膜异位性囊肿术中常规使用尿激酶的186例患者,观察尿激酶在经阴道超声引导下穿刺硬化治疗子宫内膜异位性囊肿中的方法及疗效。结果 186例患者198个囊肿中治愈189个,囊肿缩小9个,无无效病例,首次治愈率95.45%,总有效率100%。结论 在经阴道超声引导下穿刺硬化治疗子宫内膜异位性囊肿中常规使用尿激酶冲洗囊腔,可以有效溶解囊肿内的血凝块,使抽吸变得容易,冲洗完全,明显提高治愈率,值得临床推广应用。

The Application Study on puncture sclerosing treatment of endometrial cystwith urokinase by Vagina Ultrasound

Objective To explore the application value of puncture sclerosing treatment of endometrial cyst with urokinase by Vagina Ultrasound . Methods A total of 186 patients with 198 endometrial cyst underwent Vagina Ultrasound-guided puncture sclerosing therapy with urokinase conventional were analyzed retrospectively.The methods and efficacy of the treatment were observed. Results A total of 198 cysts out of 189 were cured and 9 cysts significantly reduced .There was no inefficiency patient.The cure rate was 95.45% and the efficiency rate was 100%. Conclusion Use urokinase conventional on puncture sclerosing endometrial cyst by Vagina Ultrasound can dissolve effective in the cyst ,make draw easier ,wash completely ,the cure rate be raised obviously ,Ultrasound-guided percutaneous puncture sclerosing can be used as the preferred method for the treatment of endometrial cyst.
