| 摘 要： | 科技创新是医院生存和发展的主要动力。在医院科技创新过程中，科研团队中的主体之间以及主体与环境间交互作用和相互影响，体现出复杂适应系统的特征。本文在分析医院科技创新的复杂系统特征的基础上，提出应充分认识医学科技创新的复杂系统特征和科研团队的演化规律，构建医院科技创新系统，探索新型科研管理模式，打造开放的科技创新平台，优化科研项目管理方法，促进多主体协同创新和引导科研团队自组织演化，不断提升科研团队的凝聚力和创造力，促进医院科技创新目标的实现。

| Abstract: | Scientific and technological innovation plays an important role in hospital development. The process of Scientific and technological innovation in hospital is a Complex Adaptability System because of the interaction of multi-agents in research team and that between agents and their environment. After analyzing the content and CAS characteristics of hospital scientific and technological innovation system, the paper puts forward the management strategies for research team. For example, setting up hospital scientific and technological innovation system based CAS theory, new research management mode, open scientific and technological innovation flat floor, and collaborative mechanism. |
