阿立哌唑联合氯氮平治疗难治性精神分裂症患者临床疗效观察

目的：探讨阿立哌唑联合氯氮平治疗难治性精神分裂症患者临床疗效。方法：选自我院于2014年3月~2015年12月期间收治的难治性精神分裂症患者102例依据随机数字表法分为观察组51例与对照组51例。对照组患者给予氯氮平治疗,观察组在对照组基础上结合阿立哌唑治疗。两组疗程均为12周。比较两组治疗疗效,治疗前后阴性症状、阳性症状和PANSS总分及PSP评分,及不良反应发生情况。结果：观察组治疗总有效率(70.59%)高于对照组(49.02%),且有统计学差异(P<0.05)；两组患者治疗后阴性症状、阳性症状及PANSS总分降低,且有统计学差异(P<0.05)；观察组患者治疗后阴性症状、阳性症状及PANSS总分低于对照组,且有统计学差异(P<0.05)；两组患者治疗后PSP评分增加,且有统计学差异(P<0.05)；观察组患者治疗后PSP评分高于对照组,且有统计学差异(P<0.05)；两组患者不良反应比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论：阿立哌唑联合氯氮平治疗难治性精神分裂症患者临床疗效显著,具有重要临床研究意义,值得推广应用。

Aripiprazole combined with clozapine in the treatment of refractory schizophrenia clinical efficacy in patients with psychiatric observation

Objective: To investigate the effect of aripiprazole combined with clozapine in the treatment of refractory schizophrenia clinical patients. Methods: selected from our hospital in March 2014 ~ December 2015 refractory schizophrenia patients were randomly divided into the observation group 51 cases and the control group of 51 cases according to the random number table method. The control group were treated with clozapine treatment, the observation group in the control group on the basis of aripiprazole in the treatmen. The course of treatment was 12 weeks in two groups. The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared, the negative symptoms, positive symptoms and PANSS score, PSP score, and adverse reaction occurred before and after treatment. Results: the total efficiency of the observation group (70.59%) was higher than the control group (49.02%) (P<0.05); negative symptoms, positive symptoms and PANSS scores decreased after treatment in two groups (P<0.05); observation group after the treatment of negative symptoms, positive symptoms and PANSS score the control group (P<0.05); PSP score of the two groups increased (P<0.05); patients in the observation group after treatment PSP score higher than the control group (P<0.05); no significant differences between the two groups of patients with adverse reaction (P>0.05). Conclusion: aripiprazole combined with clozapine in the treatment of refractory schizophrenia patients with significant clinical effect, and has important clinical significance, is worthy of popularization and application.
