摘    要:本文用镜检法和活菌计数法观察了痢疾杆菌对HeLa细胞粘附、侵袭和在胞内繁殖的感染情况,测定了不同株痢疾杆菌、大肠杆菌及杂交菌株的毒力。

Abstract:Two kinds of HeLa cell infectivity assay to test the virulence of ShigeUa spp. and E. coli were established. One was counting the percentage of infected HeLa cell on the Giemsa stained cover slides under optical microscope, and the other, counting the numbers of bacteria adhere to and penetrate into the HeLa cells. The processes of adhesion and invasion of Shigella flexneri 2a into the HeLa cere were observed by the scanning and transmission microscopies. The adhesive and penetrating abilities of the virulent and avirulent strains of S. flexneri, the smooth ancl its rough mutant of S. sonnei, the hybrid of S. sonnei and Salmonella typhi Ty21a strains were assayed. The differences of the ability of several strains E.coli, with or without colonization factors, to adhere to the HeLa cells monolayers were significant.
